M16 M203

Hey I just bought a M16 M203 w/the heat sheild and got it all set up on my gun and the launcher like move around the barrel, like i could take the launcher part and move it to the top of the gun. I really dont like this but if I cant find a cure I guess ill have to live with it. Some help here please guys.

I was just looking at the launcher for my AK, and then I scrolled down and saw that you need to buy the adapter kit for 45 bucks for the m16, since you have an SP. Or you could ask gary to order one.

Pepe, you should of just let aaron or logan install it for you. It would either work, or you would know the problem.

do you have a one piece/aftermarket barrel and what model rifle? makes a difference

STOCK Tokyo Marui M16a2. No upgrade parts on it whatsoever.

and its for sure the A2 adapter kit? i think the outer barrel diameter at the reciever is different than an m4 and such, but then again, till i see it.

if its right, i know you gotta put a screw for the barrle through the top of the adapter to secure it and the barrel.

repeating what Kranker had told me, " You must get a reinforced outter barrel for the M16A2. Because if you don't it'll bend the inner barrel because that stock outter barrel wasn't made for the weight of the M203." This is what he told me.

Honestly, I don't see how its going to bend the metal that is on there unless direct pressure is applied for it for hours on end. I'm not meaning to undermind anyone, but what good does the one peice metal outer barrel do compared to the stock 2/3 peice metal outer barrel? I know it'll be a bit but i'm just wondering?
I'm going to get a 203 for my Sr-16/m4 soon (ris attachment though) but I'm just wondering whats up with this and why the outer barrel is preferred.


It is an a2 adapter kit, I'm the one who hit the buy now button and confirmed that it was the a2 adapter kit once it arrived at my house. (I bought it for him)
