Is there a pressure sensor in hop up that allows you to keep from dry firing the gun? Because, when I shooting at a target today and all of a sudden the trigger felt kinda jerky and hard to pull and then it wouldn't let me pull anymore. Normal or is there something wrong?

No, not to my knowledge, maybe it was on safe and you wrecked it?

try switching it to full, shoot, then back to semi. if thats not it, you broke something.
nope, guns don't come w/ pressure sensors. i know V2's have a tirgger problems w/ them sometimes where you'll pull the trigger and it will click and be kind of hard to pull and then when you switch to full auto and fire a few shots then back to semi it will work again (most of the time) but no pressure switch. sorry if this is of no help.

yea my m4 does that every once and a while. all you really should do is go full auto shoot a few rounds then go to semi like timmay said. it works everytime. if it dosnt work you broke something

How long do these little batteries last? and is anyone going to the rainbow redeemer game that knows how an M4 works? I kinda want to get to know my gun better to possibly upgrade it on my own. I heard doing it by yourself without knowing how it works can be quite dangerous.(Breaking, etc...)

Shimming is the most important part of upgrading

Yeah I can say I've had some experience with that problem. My gun is still waiting a Systema Super-torque motor and Super-torque gears. wahhhh!!!

shimming is just a portion.

I would agree with Timmay that it is just one piece of the upgrading puzzle I'm just saying that it's been MY main issue with my gun. That's why I just decided to get new gears and a motor so it's just one less thing to worry about (and I'm not saying you don't have to shim Systema gears I'm just saying they'll last longer than the stock gears with the spring I want to put in my gun). But yeah I'm VERY far from what I would call competent with AEG gearboxes. Cars on the other hand..... ;)

yea every m4/m16/m733 that ive come across has done that one time or another, its normal all you need to do is switch it from semi to full and back again. lol the guns arent sophisticated enough to have a pressure sensor on the hop up, the hop up itself is just a rubber flap and tubes n gears n ****.
