WTS: Wellco T140 Hot Weather boots

I literally just bought these used, got them in the mail today and tried them on, only to find out my feet are a little too "high" in the area around the top of my feet.

There's a little light scuffing on the toes but that's it for wear; they're in very good to excellent condition. These boots are the current US Army issue hot weather boots and average $135 to $150 new retail price. They're a 8.5 R armorer's size, or about 10.5 regular in civilian sizes. I normally wear a 10-10.5, and the length and width are spot on. It's just that damn height. :(

Also, the person I bought them from wears a 10.5 in civilian shoes, and he said they fit him very comfortably. I have somewhat abnormally high arches and generally "thick" feet.
