[Iron Will]

ARCH is the culmination of a group of airsofters who wanted to do something different than the usual same camo-sometimes even same basic gun-kind of teams that seem to be very prevalent in Airsoft. (But no, we don't hold a grudge against those teams) The result is a team where our members not only get to play Airsoft, but also get to play a unique character role. Like any good Airsoft team, good sportsmanship and honesty are cornerstones of our philosophy. Our team doesn't have a rank system; currently, I am our team Leader/founder, but we go out to play for mutual cooperation and teamwork, not for military structure in an Airsoft team. We try to play at least once a month April-October with other teams, as well as an additional game during those months for fun and practice within the team. We are based out of Marshfield, WI. Before we consider a new member as part of a team, we want to get the chance to build rapport first-both on and off the field. We'd appreciate it also if you'd be willing to make a unique character to play as part of ARCH, but if you don't like the idea of doing something so…unusual, we'd still accept you as a Special forces member employed by ARCH. No camouflage requirements except what works for you, and a weapon that can hold its own against AEGs. But if you are interested in making a unique character (we'd love to help you brainstorm if you're stumped on what you could be) to join the Valkyrie Division, let us know.
