First, hats off to Maus for some really cool ideas including the land mines and sweeping them! The game concept was very nice.
The only issue (which is probably already understood) I would point out is that the event would have come off better if the sides were more evenly balanced at the beginning of the event. Other than that a great game Maus.
On a personal note, I'm a sneaker type and prefer woods play to open field play, but hey that's me. It was certainly much cooler in the woods...whew.
Now, for a comment about the play of the participants. I personnally did not see this and I realize there are two sides to every situation, but if what I heard was correct about a player being sprayed with BBs and still not calling themselves out you had better not let me see you doing it. I hope that it was a regen issue/missunderstanding and not simply someone not calling their hits. CALL YOUR HITS, its just a game. If you can't do that please play elsewhere...your trust will be in question beyond your game play.
Thanks to Gary and Dawn as usual hosting a great event and Dawn specifically for some great hotdog cooking ;-)
