Operation: Land Grab 11-05-05 WGF

[NATHANIELJONESTHUGANGEL]

From Websters Dictionary,
land grab: An aggressive taking of land, especially by military force, in order to expand territorial holdings or broaden power


Which is exactly what you will be doing!

Basics:
-War game field
-$10 entry fee
-No AEC required.

-Must be age 15 or older to attend and must also have the war game field liability waiver filled out and signed. Here is a link to the waiver:

Directions:

-At the beginning of the skirmish team 1 will start at that red box in back where the somalians spawned at BHD.

-Team 2 will first spawn near tower 2 which is in the woods near the far left side of the field when you are walking in from the staging area (i need a better definition of this area, anyone wanna give me one?)

-The "olympic hotel" "building", the third and final base will be neutral at the start of the game

-The game starts and both teams go for either the empty base or the other teams base, to take them over...


How to capture bases, and respawning:

If you die and are not at a base, go to your teams nearest base to respawn (obviously), if you are at a base and are killed you CANNOT respawn at the base you were killed at, you must respawn at another one of your teams bases, IF YOUR TEAM DOESNT HAVE ANY BASES, YOU RESPAWN NEAR THE OPENING TO THE STAGE AREA, not in the staging area, near the opening, this means that if there are 25 man teams, and 1 team loses all bases, all 25 of you can respawn and assault any base(s) you like.


-Also expect to see a couple mini objectives throughout the day, such as VIP missions, and capture and retrieve missions.



About Teams:

-2 even teams, teams must have near the exact same amount of people for this to work out best.

-For teams, top you are wearing determines it.

-Team 1: Woodland camo only (just because so many people own it, and it is so easy to find if you want to get it).

-Team 2: Anything else, including street clothes if you really want.

-It would be ideal for as many people as possible to bring a woodland top, and anything else just in case, assuming you own both those things, in case we have to balance out teams at the field before the game.


Time of day: (in standard time for now, since i suck at calculating military time in a hurry)

10:00 AM: Get to the field, and start gearing up.

10:30 AM: Briefing, sort into teams and get ready to go out.

11:00 AM: GAME ON!

2:30 PM: Break in the staging area.

3:00 PM: reset game.

5:00-5:30: end game.

Ummm, did you even read the game before posting? If a team has no bases left, they respawn at the front of the field right near the staging area.

Yeah thanks for coming guys, for 12 people, and for 4 of them leaving before 3:00 PM for work, I think it was really good. The first five hours (10-3) before people started leaving, things went exactly as planned, and I had a blast!


edit: but before the break, The primarily echo team (team 2) was having a helluva run at holding the Hotel, we couldn't get it!
