OP: Sweet & Sour Pork, Oct 29th @ WGF

When: October 29th
-0950hrs: Prep and Sign-in time
-1050hrs: Briefing (Mission goals for Chinese and Mongolian/Safety for all)
-1100hrs: Mongolian and Chinese Insertion
-As soon as the Mongolians are inserted the Americans will have a short briefing and will move out ASAP.

-1400hrs: segment one over.
-1450hrs: raffle Yay!
-1500hrs: Chinese are re-supplied with medic cards and both teams will be re-inserted.

1700hrs, Game over.



Must be age 15 or older to attend and must also have the war game field liability waiver filled out and signed. Here is a link to the waiver:

Scenario: The Chinese High command hidden deep in the rough terrain of Northern china near the Mongolian border is secretly building a Sweet and Sour Pork ICBM. So far only the experimental S&SP Warhead has been developed which is of miniscule size when compared to the size of an ICBM. The warhead was produced and is being held secretly at a UTG manufacturing plant! Here they are building a Missile which when exploded will kill everything in the 10mi blast radius. The only cure is to eat a healthy supplement of Chinese special recipe Sweet and Sour Pork with in the next 2 hours. American Forces are being airdropped into the rocky terrain of the Kunlun Mountains where a few Tibetan monks still roam.

Mean while the merciless Mongolian forces are planning to assassinate the Chinese president Lou Chang as well as steal the S&SP ICBM for their own diabolical purposes. They will also be looking for the Tibetan Monks so they kill them and slow down the Americans. So if you’re an American you’d better move fast!

The Chinese President Lou Chang has hidden himself with in the Chinese Mobile Command (CMC) whose current location is unknown. Except to a few of the scattered local monks who are an ultimately peaceful people and intend no harm.

Once the CMC’s location is made know they may move so, try and keep eyes on them at all times or you may get ambushed.

It goes like this: 3 Teams, Americans, Chinese and Mongolians

-All goals for each portion of the game will be revealed to each team separately before each segment begins.


I will need a couple of volunteers for this skirmish.
-I will need 2 Tibetan Monks.


I believe they are Buddhists, and follow that path by showing love and compassion to all creatures, even Mongolians, it would be very unethical for a Tibetan Monk to shoot at someone. Though the monks will only be in place for the beginning part of the game. I am making some white poncho things for them; if a monk is killed he will remove his poncho, put on a kill rag and respawn as an American. If the Monk is captured by an American, he will first be indoctrinated with our American Ideals and then be assimilated into our US forces. So in essence he will remove his "robes" under which will lay all the American camo, combat gear and guns every American should have.

So if you want the Role of a monk try and bring a small gun that you can sling at your side (G3-SAS, Mp5-k/PDW/A5, TMP, etc.) under a robe or even a pistol.


I will also need some one to be the Chinese president Lou Chang.

If you are the Chinese Pres, you will be given a “death card.” Hold onto this “death card” as it will be worth points to your team. If you are killed, Put-on your kill rag, walk to the enemy team and hand them your “Death Card” unless they are coming to you.

I will also need 2 volunteers to be a Mongolian warlord and the American Commander. Each will Carry a "Death Card' these work the same way as the chinese presidents Death card.




These are the UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS for the different teams. I may adjust them on the field to compensate for lack of people on one side or another.

American: Woodland, Woodland digital, OD BDU’s Top and Bottom.

Mongolian: Black BDU’s Top and Bottom (Tac gear does not need to be black)

Chinese: Anything else, Desert, Winter, Urban, Subdued Urban, street clothes
etc…


Extra Rules:

Respawns: The Americans will regen @ a Tower #1 and will need to return in groups of 5, the Mongolians only need to return in groups of 4 from their regen (Tower E). The Chinese however will have a supply of medic cards, which will be renewed after each of the 3 segments. If a medic is killed, any foot soldier can revive him by giving the medic a card. The foot soldier then becomes the new medic, and is given the medic cards; the Old medic is now a foot soldier.

Spawn killing: There will be none of this.

Regen Occupation: No Regen American or Mongolian may be occupied for more than 5 minutes.

Crap i botched that up, I fixed it now, we start alot earlier, i also Modded my plans to accomodate a 2 phase game. Yes the chinese will have ALOT of medics & Medic cards to represent theyr insane #'s.

It depends what side you are on, Chinese/Mongolians want to KILL them, it wouldnt do them any good to keep them as POW's especially since they could escape and give away valuable info. The Americans want to rescues the monks and Indoctrinate them into our american ways. They then Obtain not only info but more soldiers.

So you see, you either want Both of them Dead or both alive, there are no POW's here.

The point of having 2 is to help the americans since they will be a bit shorthanded, if your looking for a challenge, go with the americans.

Also do not wear cotton layers, they are terrible insulators and also are vey weavy and cold when wet.

I cant dress everyone, nor do I want to. So it is your responsibility to come prepared, hopefully it will be warm though.

Um... wool fabric is not a very good idea to wear when wet. It won't "wick" away moisture when wet, it will only capture it and weigh you down. It will keep you warm though.

It varies from game to game

RD at Apoc had BB's, some GBBs, other random gear (tac vests, maybe even an lbv?) and even knives!


BHD at WGF had BB's, a Co2 pistol, and even a TM Mp5k AEG.


I'm not quite sure what is going at this one, but I wouldn't expect to see another AEG go (just because BHD was such a giant game), I may be wrong, though.

It was a GREAT game.. but lets ALL REMEMBER that this game is based around, and mainly on HONOR!
We all know what was going on and what happened pretty much so I'll leave it at that :D

Other than that, it was great to see some new faces out tehre and be able to help "teach" them some ways of the trade, but in teh same matter, the run I had to do in the woods (trees slappin my face every step) and across the field was NOT FUN! Thanks SPANKY!!!

Great game, maybe a SSP2 of sorts? Maybe next time we have a SSP nuclear missile instead?

Eeeeexellent, so much deception, so little time.

In the end, the Mongolians came out with the most Points here is how it went:

Completed objectives, Americans-Save monks (100pts x2)-Captured soldier (spanky 20pts) Tota=220pts.

Chinese-Save Beijing (100pts) Total=100pts

Mongolians-Captured warhead (Phase one 100pts) & (phase two 100pts)-Kill chinese president (200pts) Total=400pts

Each team had a possible of 1000pts with the addition of 20pts extra for each captured soldier at the end of Phases 1 and 2.

Yay! I honestly thought the mongolians were screwed and they would be at the bottom of the point scale so I chose to be on that that just for the hell of it.



In the end there were a few things i wasnt all to impressed with (cheating, and I could have done with a bit more throughough planning) I also forgot my mission briefings at home and didnt remember a few things so that didnt help.
I will hopefully remember those things for future ops.

Nxt time I will make a human sized Missel that will be near impossible to hide.



In the end it wasnt quite as milsimish as i thought, but I had a good time and I hope everyone else did to. I want to thank every one who helped me plan this (RTO, and the rest of EMR with theyr retarted but Idea inducing blather)
I would also like to thank all 35 of today's participants for showing up and making this possible, even Knob and Nemesis who's car broke down, but they still showed up. And last but not least gary for allowing the use of his field and time.

BTW Prof, the Mongos hadn't really intended to double cross the US, but since the US double crossed us, Vigilante made a deal with the chinese and hid the bomb, then the mongos stole the bomb and said the Americans did it, then in the second half we decided to kill the president, and keep the bomb for ourselves. Thal alone amounted to our victory. Yay!

The game went pretty well, I personally liked holding off what seemed like both sides while they tried to rescue the hostages. While it may have not been the best idea in the long run it did make an interesting side mission.

I had a great time even thought the US were not politically correct by breaking their treaty with the Mongolians, I guess that is what happens when you but the British in charge ;). On the other hand the Mongolians were in character by double crossing the Chinese by Killing the President, then they thought we were on their side.

I myself had a great time!! Very similar to my experiences in MAGCC, so it was well worth it. Thanks to the Professor and the rest of Echo Squadron for making a new recruit feel welcome, to Kade for putting the game on, and Gary for the excellent skirmish field. Hats off all around. :]
