Yes, most fields I know of dont require orange tips, however they are reccomended for your own safety because law enforcment and civilians will confuse it for a real firearm, after all it is a replica. Always transport it in a case and get an orange barrel plug if nothing else. Never take it out in public.

Just contact the owner of the field(s) you are wondering about and see if they allow non-orange tip guns, most do...
