How'd it go everyone?
I had a great time, Played some of the night game 'till it got really cold and windy, tried to sleep and that didn't work out too well. Other than that I think the whole event went really well, and I had a great time playing with all of you. BTW, this is Night Stalker, I just have a different name on this board.

Thank you's all around!!!
Jon-
Thank you and Larry for bringing so much gear to sell and give away! Yes people, Jon was giving stuff away! He gave me the task of giving away 4 A&K A-4 S-Systems and 2 of the new UTG Sniper Rifles!
Thank you for keeping the players safe and geared up!
All Players-
Thank you for making the event a success! I can plan all I want, but if the players don't play with heart and safely, there is no way the day can go smoothly.
I think the day went well in general. We only had a few safety issues, and only a few people not calling their hits. All in all, from the people that I talked to, they had a good time.
Kudos to those 5 that stayed up with me for that phase at...what was it...1:30am?!?
So, any suggestions/comments would be more than welcome...this is the first and last game that I will be hosting until I'm done with college, but I could put the knowledge to good use if the participants would grace me with their point of view of the game.
Thank you, also, from my parents. My father woke up only once and only had to be-ot-ch me out once, so thanks!

I would also like to thank the following referees for ref'ing a bunch of the games to allow me to play:
Jedibgp
Rattler
Night Stalker
I think everybody remembers Jedi being the ref at night...lightsaber lol
I did a field check this morning, to pick up the garbage and what not, and let me thank you all again! I only found three items left around:
plastic bag, probably from lunch
kleenex, who knows
plastic wrapper chunk, probably from a packaged gun
Thank you for not littering, the above list is more than acceptable to me!
My personal favorite moments from the whole event:
Jonathen shooting off his M203 and always looking back at me and having that classic ***** eaten grin on his face as his targets yelled hit hee hee hee lol.
My running at one Japanese member on "the ridge" in the phase where the Americans defended the fort by the ravine in the woods, getting shot (thought it was the guy I was chasing) only to look down the ridge to find that there were 4 other Japanese with their auto's pointed at me lol...HIT!!!
Best hiding of the day:
In one phase after the main phase, myself and two Oshkosh Reb's went against Assault and two friends near the Japanese base...I ended up climbing a hill and seeing two heads in the dim light. I said, "Bang for both of you two" and then I heard, "And bang to you too"! I didn't have a clue the third member of their party was near the two sitting up...and even after he spoke, I still couldn't see the bugger lol.
Best phase of the day:
It's a tie between "Hunt the Old Men" and "Japanese Defend the Fort Near the Ravine". Both were awesome :D
more thoughts later.

Ouch, that bugga hurt, I was walking back(after taking out 6 guys, hehe)to the regin point and I see you sprinting in my way yelling and going crazy on full auto and hit me about 5 times breaking the skin. Hehe, well. Ya.

I was about 5 feet behind them. I thought you would of seen me by then. Haha. Well, later on in the event I snuck behind the entire field came up behind you base crawling. I was sitting there for about 5 minutes with both of my guys out, not to mention my gun ran out so I only had a pistol out, I then heard you say that to just call it a night and stuff so I'm like, not unless I say anything about it and went all crazy and went down the hill banging you guys. Haha.
I loved the game and am expecially happy with my new A&k, if you would like to explain what happened, feel free to. All the scenerios went great, man, have you know I didn't get back into my car to sleep till about 4:30 am after out nightsofting. Just to be woken up by you guys at 7, gesh, I was fine with it though. I met alot of new faces there and was nice to meet all of you. Thank you all who mad it possible, Sniper-Aab, with like, everything and the use of the field. Jonjay, thank you also so much for the give away and having such awsome prices, man I got a bag(4000)of those awsome killer beez for only 11! And of course, "Freis" for the use of the R6 when mine ran out. And of course, thank you all for being so cool and staying up most of the time(well, most of you guys).

I would like to thank Sniper-abb for setting up/running a great game and his parents for letting us use their land. Thanks for WAW ( Jon & Larry) for selling and giving away great gear and giving the idea for "Hunt the Old Men". And finally to my teammates and the other players (Oshkosh Rebels especially) for showing how airsoft is suppose to be played... safe and fun. ;)
So, any suggestions/comments would be more than welcome...this is the first and last game that I will be hosting until I'm done with college, but I could put the knowledge to good use if the participants would grace me with their point of view of the game.
My only suggestions/comments is ... I really don't have one because it was one of those badass games and griper where my fault. ;)
My favorite moment...
Was at the beginning of the day when the Japanese where "suspose" to storm the hills. But instead I kept taking them out (6 total) from my little "table" bunker and it was a blast.
I think everybody remembers Jedi being the ref at night...lightsaber lol
Even with the lightsaber I still got shot...he...he... :rotfl: Next time I bring a "brighter" colored one. ;)

Yes I would have to agree with most of you the "hunt the old men" was one of the best games.
I liked it when Jon turned around the car and fired his M203 at about 5 of us and didn't hit a one. I was surprised:wide-eyed

While it's been a couple of days and my old body is healing, but here it goes to let you all know how it went.
Larry and I had a blast!!! Sniper did a great job for a group of guys and girls to just have fun with Airsoft gaming. Only 1 really bad thing happened, but it was taken care of and things moved on.
The best battle was: HUNT DOWN THE OLD GUYS.
That was Larry and I who are 37 and the oldest ones there. We took 5 with us, so it came out to be 7 vs 21 or 28, I can't remember so good, being so old. It was the classic defend vs attack but it came out to be so much fun. We had the highground but they attacked with a 6 prong attack....we had zips in the wire and it was a crazy fire fight. Larry got pinned down and called out to me for help so being the nut that I am, I went running down the slope, crossed the opening and shot my M203. 2 inches lower and I would've taken out 4 people who I caught out of the corner of my eye.
At the end, got 6 of those young kids and then they got me. We lost the game, but they only had 2 people standing afterwards. I have to say, it was about 1 hr long of shooting at each other and a ton of fun.
Now the worst battle for me was the third one. Lets just say, I fell down a HUGE slope:cry: about 10 feet high.....face first and it hurt bad, but was funny as all hell.....I'll just keep it like that, everyone there knows what happen and it was uncool but sooooooooo funny.
The night battle, I pulled off a ambush that even would make the military proud. Three of us went into the woods and laid in wait for our victims. Larry saw three of them coming and let the leader go, and I opened up on him about 25 feet away with my AR15 shooting 390FPS, lit him up! Then Larry got the other two and they had no idea we where there and it was coming. HEHEHE, classic 82nd Airborne Ambush.
I have to say to all the people there, you where the best and I made a lot of new friends. Please PM your address and info, want to send you all something for being such great sports and giving me great laughs, THANK YOU ALL!!!!!
I bought 12 Airborne Wings and gave them out to the people who I would of gone to combat with if it was real. Also gave out 4 A & K M4 and 2 Snipers guns to the people went beyond the call of duty to make this a great day and night game.
As the owner of Wisconsin AirSoft Wars, it was a great day for me. If anyone wants my store to come to your battle or event to sell some REALLY CHEAP SUPPLIES AND ITEMS, most were $2 or so over cost, please PM me and we will be there. We will also pitch in as fighters and have fun with you all.
Again, THANKS for a GREAT WEEKEND, and like I said at the event, when I look over to all the players, I didn't see customers, I saw NEW FRIENDS.

You could copy paste it in the AAR section and then lock your thread. (I'm relatively sure you can do this, it should be in the thread tools tab near the top of the page.) If you want to do this, some one else could probably give you more specific details about it. (by then, it might already be deleted though)

SORRY Jedi, that one time was me. I saw the light saber about 200 feet away and shoot at the light a bit to the left and right of you hoping some players where near by.
I think they hit you, SORRY:cry: , 'cause you started waving the light saber like crazy, I yelled out " Sorry", I hope you can for give a old man like me. I don't see and hear to good anymore.

All i remember which was my last straw in the night game was traveling on the trail and then getting shot in the face by someone about 15 to 20 feet off :(
All the pleasures of night games ey?
Try a night game at APOC once, distances are about 5-10 feet sometimes, and its all unintentional.

Yeah...night games are not for those that have a short temper...sh**t happens at night games (and day games for that matter)...and you can't play the game if you're not willing to deal with the accidents.
