my AAR in CAA brds

I commend misha for commanding the ruskies, a job well done. i remember on 1 mission 1 squad leader tried to argue with command and misha shut him off becasue its not the mission, and thats how you run it... if you command people under you should listen.... the event was ran well (at least for the 1st half) and after 2pm i didnt know if there were missions left, we kept calling OC for RPG and never came. so after 2pm was pretty much force on force battle, and i lost motivation to walk a few blocks to refill air. in any case, i unloaded about 2500 rnds the entire day and a few hilarious kills ;D. eitherway, i think the games was a good milsim start, we in CIFor have figured out the concept on cover fire, and maneuver. although i have to admit after realizing later that day that the ruskies were doing well, i lost motivation on running with the squad (it got too easy). so i dropped my rifle and ran around with my pistol hoping to get a funny kill (i didnt). in any case, our RPG kicks ass!!! ronan got 6 kills out about 100 yards!

it was a good start of a year game for me personally and a few changes if doable (or if cifor runs a game out there) in future games.

1. 18 and over only nuff said!
2. camo requirement (OD vs. Tan) would make it easier.
3. pre-pay so spots are guaranteed that way noone has to switch sides and wear red tapes (armbands are gay). we seriously need to do pre-pay so drunken frat boy parties the night before will not be an excuse if your team is missing 3 guys (i should know half of the cifor squad that day had hangovers) ;D.
4. low/midcaps and SAW gunner rules.
5. zero BS tolerance. the minor BS at blast camp shouldve been taken care of by booting them. and depending on the level of BS will determine weather or not the booting will be temporary or permanent.

with these lists i think we can improve things game after game.
