My parents only allow me to shoot mine into the field that we shoot trap in...no plastic on the lawn...you're not alone.

In that case, you definitely don't want to be shooting it outside. More so than any potential mess it might make, displaying airsoft guns in public is very dangerous.

thanks for lightening the mood sniper-aab.:) but in all seriousness, don't shoot your guns outside, (unless on the field of course) If you do shoot them, do it in a CLOSED garage and/or basement.

Leave it to me to ruin the moment...douh!!!

If you do want to shoot your guns outside, make sure that you are out of site from any neighbors/roads/helicopters (there I go again). Also, if you are going to have a "shindig" contact your local PD and let them know what you are doing, and that you are playing with toy guns...if there are any laws that you may violate by doing so, I'm sure they would tell you at that time.

Also, make sure all the participants parents know what you are doing and are okay with it.
