New to Airsoft

Hey Everyone:

My name's Ian and I'm a senior at Westosha Central High. I am just getting into airsoft, in fact I've never even shot an airsoft gun, though I can't imagine it's much different than paintball. I'll be attending UW-Madison next year and am looking to meet airsofters(is that a word?) in the Madison area.

Huh...that sounded a little bit like a personal ad...oh well. :)

It's nice to see that there's such an organized community for airsoft in Wisconsin, it makes me think I picked the right time to get into it. Look forward to talking to you all.

welcome to the boards, i believe there is a airsoft team located in madison (badger airsoft)

Welcome man, Fish and I are both in Madison, though he will be in the Air Force next year. There's also a club/team in Madison called Badger Airsoft. They play pretty regularly; maybe you should drop them a line.

hey someone from my old high shcool.
i get out of there in 93....
there is some stuff up there and i seen a notice on a new place near lake mills hosting airsoft once a month. i think i seen it one here somewhere.
i live in grayslake if you and to learn more abut the events or get the chance to shoot something.

SigPro: Good to here that there is an airsoft community up in Madison, I'll definately get in touch with them.

ckosacranoid: Quite a coincidence. I doubt much has changed since you graduated...still the same old Central. Where is Lake Mills, and how far is Grays Lake from here?
