The Wargame Field 7-17-05 The Hunt of Osama

Time- 9am - 4pm
Where- The Wargame Field, for maps and waivers check web site;(Thewargameroom.com)
Cost- $15.00 per player. AEC not required.
Who- US Troops hunt La Qaeda terrorist while protecting US Civilians. The first skirmish will be a terrorist attack on a US Oil compound, with US Security troops protecting US Oil interests, after that the seach and destroy missions will start.

New Intel updates- intel has dicovered that there may be several Osama look alikes in the area. Finding the right one may be difficult.
Agents have discovered plots to attack civilian operated Oil fields. US increases security around these facilities.

Everyone wear whatever uniforms you wish. Anyone wanting to be a civilian can wear their BDU pants,
T-shirt, and red vest. If you have a red vest bring it otherwise I will have a few.
Also civilians will be armed with pistols, if you have a springer or GBB bring it. If you dont have one dont worry we will work something out.
I plan on having people changing roles. You may be a civilian one skir then the next you may be activited into the military, Either US or Taliban.

INTIL UPDATE-
Agents have discovered that there are several Osamas look alikes in the area. US forces must find the real one and capture him. The look alikes will have info on the location of the real Osama, so you must capture them alive.
Agents have also discovered a Taliban plot which includes the capture of US civ's for ramsom, and destruction of Oil rigs.

I wanted to thank everyone who showed up, I had a great time and I thought the Game went well. Its to bad that Osama wasnt captured. We will have to work on that again in the next game.
