Government BDU's-OD/ANY DIGITAL

Columbian BDU's-ANY MIXTURE MUST BE MISMATCHED/CIVILIAN CLOTHING
Columbian forces must outnumber the government.

I need a volunteer for the Columbian rebel leader. You will not be shooting much if at all, but youll ride in a jeep, be escorted etc. You have to be a good roleplayer! PM me with you intent and after i get a list ill contact you with the answer.

Enrique Bolaños is fed up with local Columbian rebels getting weapons into the country, to use against government facilities and personnel. The problem is getting nothing but worse.

Enrique has put together a crude task force to try to stop these rebels from getting crates of weapons across the border.

The United States have sent a platoon of Navy Seals into the country to gather intelligence and detain critical personnel for information. One squad of Seals has been on the trail of a columbian group for days.

The Nicaraguan government is allowing anything the Seals are ordered to do, as long as its in the country's best interest. More intel to come......

Props are being made already. There's lots to be used.

My friends and I were curious about the respawn rules. Apoc is a great field, but we'd rather see it from the eyes of an "active" player than have to trek back across the field to our single respawn point. How far have the rules been hashed out for medics and respawn sites? If possible, I'd like to not see the castle as a base/respawn site as it's been pretty clear that at large games that its near impossible to overtake without (very) superior numbers or a really well organized teamwork. We'd just like to see the experiences of the past built upon to continually improve the quality of events at Apoc.

Yea theres openings for both sides. Basically, bring your BDU's you normally wear, but be prepared to wear mismatched stuff since the rebels need to out number the Gov forces.
Remember, theres still a SEAL team to be reckoned with somehow.

And as for UNI, when you say mismatched bdus, you mean like woodland trousers mixed with a civi/plain colored t-shirt? Well, I'll look forward to seeing everyone again. I wouldn't use real or replica plates just put something in it to stiffen it up. Try some carpet or carpet padding. I hate to get too of topic so I'll be there.

Whoooh Great game everyone, i had a blast for my first time at appoc. thank you all who were there, it was fun, and look forward to the next game at apoc. but a few things i gotta get off my chest.... i did also lose a cheapy ebb pistol clip if anyone finds/found its a clear clip...

their was a rule many did not observe. and that was the bang rule... i dont mind getting hit close range, but it does hurt like hell when you get hit full auto from no more than 5 feet with an ak.

also, once a red rag is on someone's head... dont shoot them, i dont know how many times i yelled out hit, and put up my gun, but still got pelted from behind, i'm not gona name names on either account because i dont know their names, for the one who did appologize for hitting me close quarters, thanks its appreciated. that you said sorry.

other than being very confused at the very last mission as to who to shoot and who not to... it was a blast and had a great time.

Hey everyone, just wanted to say that Paul hosted an excellent event! I had a lot of fun and it was a blast. I wasn't expecting to be nominated for government force commander, but I tried my best to make things work. I'm only human, so I apologize for my screw ups! :P

Through the entire day, the guys on the government side were great. We were divided into two squads and things were coming together quite nicely. I wanted to bring some recognition to the Alpha and Bravo fire teams on the 2nd squad; they did an awesome job for assembling a new squad of several different teams and walk-ons while coordinating with me; the fire team movements/grouping worked out pretty well.

I was confused as hell in the first mission when about a million rebels didn't have kill rags on :P I apologize for blazing the crap out of a few dead guys(when they were trying to get into the castle) that were kind of mingled in with a group of the living, but I could not tell the difference.

yea, great game. lots of fun! i LOVED the last mission. my only problem was when people would stick their guns through the cracks and shoot you in the head from 3ft. away >:( other than that, it was awesome - one of the best games i've ever played. i hope apoc continues to host airsoft games (and maybe does it a little more often? ;) )

At no point did we have our whole team on the offensive in the first 3 missions, (half on offenses half on defense; though we did have the SEALs being somewhat helpful on 2 and 3), and I don't see how you couldn't have outnumbered us on the last mission, because our defenses were supposed to be pretty solid.

I didn't know that. So all the wolfs except Kerrick13 switched sides? Well that would explain the guy who got me with the SPAS because I thought he was on my team. You would be dead if I wasn't confused! Ah well. What were the SEALs doing anyways during Mission 4? They were in the fort, but they disappeared...

they backstabbed you guys and joined our team :D (I think it was a majority of the guys from the CAA who had left between 3rd and 4th game, so they sent all the wolf recon team except for Kerrick13 to the rebel team to even it up a bit - since the CAA guys who left were on the rebels.)

The SeAL mission #4 was to assasinate the Rebel commander, and the Corrupt Govornment General Kerrick.

Tank took care of the rebel leader.
Smoke was popped to initiate the takedown of the Gov leader.
I took down Kerrick in the trap door after that.

Like i said, US interests came out eventually. Our intel wasnt that great. All we had was objectives.

Thanks guys for the vote of confidence :P There were a lot of guys on the government side and the SEALS (no offense rebels... it's just that I wasn't on your side during the game!) that were very helpful with planning and coordination. I feel sorry for Alpha Team, 1st Squad and Bravo team, 2nd squad... I stuck them on ammo dump defense which got real boring. I'm not sure who you were, but the half-guillie (spelling? I hate that word) guy with the digital camo that sat on the bridge FOREVER was very helpful. Sunday was a challenge for me, and I apologize for telling/asking someone to do something they didn't want to do. Halfway during the day I was tempted to turn off my radio and defend the ammo dump... the break would have been inviting :)

Timmay, you turd, you were the one that got me when I ran to help the wounded guy? Ahh well, all in good fun! I heard the "SEAL assassin" got popped before getting to the Rebels :P I liked the wild-card element the seals added to the game. I always wanted to add in a "Mercenary" group to some practice/game/event and see how it works.

Yeah that all was fun. Shades of Kobyashi Maru on mission 4, still... I loved the game, but I can't stand getting completely slaughtered on an ambush. I could have taken down like 5 rebells from the walls if my AEG hadn't jamemd too. No regrets though, of course.
