As discussed at the annual WAA meeting this past weekend, we (the WAA) would like some input on what topics and discussions you would like to see.
As discussed in some other threads, we will not be making a general discussions area. In the past we have had this, and found that it is not only hard to moderate, but also serves little purpose towards airsoft.
Some of the ideas that are already in circulation are:
Guns/ Gear Pics - this area would serve for you to post pics of your guns and other airsoft related gear. As we do not host pics/ video, you would be responsible for finding a image host. There are plenty of free ones out there, so it shouldn't cause you any problems.
AAR- after action reports. This area would be for posting your thoughts on a gmae after it is over. This way, you wouldn't have to go through 30 pages of pregame material to find out how the game went.
Game Pics- a place to post pics or video that you have from a game. Same as before, up to you to find a host provider.
FAQ- Sure, we have a FAQ at the top of the page, but we would like to make a discussion area for them. This way you to could post ideas, tips (think along the lines of my late night advice columns) for new and old players alike.
Those are the few topics already being discussed. Please feel free to post your ideas/ opinions about them and also suggest some other areas you'd like to see.
I can't promise that all areas suggested will appear, but we (the WAA) would like to better serve the general airsoft public, so fire away.
