Commando PB Skirmish, Sunday April 23rd (4/23/06)

So upon having a game last year there, my team has decided to make this an anual thing if possible and this time we are hoping to gather a few more people to come out.

Sunday, April 23rd, E.M.R. will be hosting a game at Commando Paintball in Abrams, WI.

Field entrance fee - $15 dollars.
Game Time - 11am - ?
Where - Commando PB:Abrams, WI (Its closer to the Green Bay side of Wisconsin)
I will have a small supply of BB's for sale, as well as Green Gas. Contact me if you have questions.

I know a lot of you arn't to privy to using a paintball field, but last year when my team went to this area, it was awesome. We had nothing but a fun time there and we had the whole field to ourselves!



The game(s) itself will be a few different games with different scenarios for each. The first will be a general game, just getting used to the field. The second will be a "VIP" mission, with some other objectives thrown in to make it intersting. The third will be a "Nuclear bomb" kind of mission. Similar to what "The Big Destruction Show" is, but not the entire idea. And the fourth (if time permits) will be a smaller milsim game, limiting ammo and various other aspects of the game.

I know it sounds like a true "paintsoft" game, but it is turly a fun break of fields to play on. It has everything from bunkers, to undergound/dug in bunkers, to a 3 story tower.

i realise this day is the same as one of Gary's games, but i planned for this day for sometime, and i reserved the day, so if few-none show up, no biggie, but it will be a fun day reguarless.

yes, a headcout is what i'm looking for as of now. i'm thinking i need to call back the owner and tell him to up the "estimated number of people attending" becuase i told him 6-20.. if stuff works out right, we coudl have more than 20 (i'm not counting on it though). so thats why i'm just wanting a minor heads up as to how many are going

Important Information

This game is not being hosted under WAA Rules/Regulations, but we will observe most of them (please refer here (http://wiairsoft.com/forums/showthread.php?t=386) if you are unsure what I am typing about). In part, this means no AEC is required, but I do recomend it HIGHLY. The owner will give a safety breifing most likely, as well as myself.

There is a waiver that you must sign, as well as your parents (if applicable), and bring along with you. Waivers are at the field for those who are comming with their parents or are over the age of 18, otherwise provided below:

They do have food that they can cook up (they have a grill, for hotdogs and hamburgers, I believe they also have pizza) or you can bring your own. There are beverages available also.

There could be only one, but you'll feel overrun. Just two members of G.O.D Inc. can make you feel like a German soldier on D-day. It is not our numbers, It is our Will that you should fear. Not our Weapons, but our Wits.

I want you to remember asking that question, because you will understand very soon...

one more update... I have contacted the owner of the field, and the age limit is ten and up. I honestly don't see a problem with it, but if others do, please voice it, otherwise feel free to bring friends. (yes there will be a safety breifing)

I find it impossible to understand why everyone on these forums has to instigate crap. GOD Inc will be there and hopefully it will be most of the team. Why there is a need to question that, I'll never know. All I'm really saying is

A side note, Bug spray may come in handy for this game. I'm out driving my car and motorcyle and my windshield are littered with bugs on both of them.
Out sighting in guns, I'm seeing a lot of bugs.

The question of if they will bother you or not, I do not know, but it just might come in handy.

Sorry, I'm still edgy on the forums after the last fiasco. (the free skirmish outside of appleton)

And I was just talking cause it seemed liked the thing to do on the boards, but honestly I'm quite over it. I will never play this game for supremacy or who's better than who. I'm in the military, I don't have to prove it to myself any more. Like I said before I just want to get along with everyone and have a good time. (doesn't hurt that it's time away from the wife and kids though!)

Just got home like 20 minutes ago. Good game, highlight of the day for me, when I shot kennedy from 30 or so feet away. Good game all. Dell, hope ya get that knee fixed and ya are alright man.

Thanks to all who showed up, was a great turnout for such a "small" field and game.

Dell, I'm sorry about the knee bud, but if it makes you feel any better, the little diversion you made, helped us win that round. (Was a bit confusing at the beginning of the bomb run though.)

Next time, assuming there is one, I won't forget my plans for everything at home on the computer. Kinda had to fly by the seat of my pants for the game, but oh boy was it fun. Couple of those mad dashes with people running at you shooting, lol, gets the heart pumping.

Once again, thank you all for showing up, hope you all had a great time. I'll set another one of these kind of games up sooner or later before late fall for some to come out too.

Great game everyone... The turn out was great, and was not at all of what i was expecting... I think the paintballers were a bit taken back from us cuz every time one of us walked in there they would stare up us, lol... Sry to hear about everything dell, good luck. Ne ways, kudos to everyone that game, it was a blast.

P.S. - (to unknown), Sry that you got lit up in the face when you came and tried to get me during the mad bomber scenerio, I was just a destraction...
