i was thinking about making my own custom sling, something along these lines: How to make a Krieg sling (http://groups.msn.com/TheMarylandAR15ShootersSite/makeakreigsling.msnw). nylon webbing is easy enough to find, but i'm not sure where to get buckles and sliders. any thoughts?

army navy surplus in greenbay has buckels slides, and nylon for sale by the foot. im sure that if you need pins and such to mount it fleet farms gun section has thoughs.

Great link. I've been making slings for my guns and got everything I needed at Sherpers. They've got an amusing airsoft collection there, too. Haha.

i made a sling for my p-90 as will as a drop leg clip pouch the clips i used where from a repair kit from combelas it had 2x(2in,1.5in,1in, .5in) clips, 2x(2in,1.5in,1in, .5in) of those sliding things, and some other stuff like clips for the elastic stuff and other stuff i have used a lot on both.

so to summerize dont spent a ton on gear but make your own high speed gear and get the clips from combelas. the barcode is 809579668211. i couldnt find it on cabelas.com but check the store or catalog.
