Wargame Skirmish 3-4-06- The Rescue

Saturday 3-4-06, Briefing 930am, game starts at 10am, ends 4pm. The field will be open around 9am.
Cost $15.00 per player.
Kill Rags, and Health waivers required by all. (These are needed only once per year.)
The Rescue- Two opposing sides will have to defend their front lines while one side must rescue a down aircraft crew deep behind enemy lines. Other objectives will be included for both sides.
Snackes, sodas, and supplies will be available at the field.

I have to agree with youth on this one, Saturdays are much better to play on. This way I can sleep in the next morning or go to church and ask for forgiveness for all those opfor I shot the previous day. ;)

I will bring both guns, the famas and the m733. (of course i will be using the m733, but the famas is a back up.)

The order with my gun was delayed, but if I get it tomorrow I might be in. Otherwise I could throw bb's at you all, ninja-style... for a ninja who throws bb's I guess.

New info for the game, I will need at least two pilots armed with pistols, and at least two Tech's again armed with pistols.
The pilots will be with other fully armed (with AEG's) players who have survived the plane crash.
The Techs will be protected by fully armed (with AEG's) guards who are protecting the Radio tower.
If interested in playing the part of the tech's or the pilots let me know and bring a pistol, along with your regular aeg, which you will be able to use later.
I will have an extra pistol if anyone would like to use it.

Well, it seems up here, only a couple inches of snow left, I don't think we will have to do that much trudging through the snow as much, most of it should be patted down nice, melting nice every day.

We still have around 6 inches of snow here, so by gary it is probably the same. There are plenty of bare spots on the ground though, the snowmobile trails are closed. :cry:

it was fun, but the hard part was trying to constantly move to help people. by the time we go there, they were already dead, and we had to sit and wait for some reinforcements.

the second part.. umm, yeah, it was kinda redundant getting shot and then just stepping into the structure again to regen, but it got better when our spawn point moved back some what.

to all that played, good game, sorry for the loss red team (or were we read team, i don't know anymore), gary, thank you greatly for the ability to use the field. see you in two weeks hopefully

It was a good game for the first 400 some shots that I took untill my gun decided to stop working. But hey, I still had a great time running around with my springer as medic.

Also BTW, I did fix my gun after I got home. All I had to do was take the botom plate off from the motor and bassicly reseat the motor and everything starting working again.

I'm looking forward to the next event.

i think the best part was either sitting there listening to your plan, which you knew we were, or sitting in the hotel trading shots with Mr. Crow while he was in the peninsula
