AK RAS instructions?

Well, I picked up my RAS today for my AK, and low and behold, no instructions, I looked on various sites for instructions how to from someone, and I found nothing, so could anyone help me out here as to how to get it on? I would appreciate it, as I am sort of clueless, I kinda have an idea, but I dont want to wreck anything..
