Downslide

In light of/because of the recent diarreha that was laced with "We should do 'this'" or "WAA should do 'that'", I want to put together information for new airsofters in WI to help get them up to speed and get the most out of the sport.
Would people be willing to post their personal T.O.& E. (Or at least the 'Equipment' part of "Table of Organization and Equipment")? The purpose would be two fold. 1. to serve as a point of reference for what people around here find what works to take to the field. 2. People who list their loadouts and inventory would (hopefully) be willing to field some questions about the hardware they own and have put thru the paces.
I will be collecting links to reviews of guns and gear, as well as doing some of my own.
A number of people in the past week (and apparently for a long time previous) have stated the need for good information for novice airsofters and more. At the same time, everbody is saying that somebody should step up to the plate and handle it, but no one really is. I realize that I am probably biting off more than I can chew, but I am going to make the effort, and I'm asking the veterans (in comparison to me, that's pretty much all of you ;) ) for help in putting the info together.
